2. The following aircraft shall be equipped with as many of parachutes as there persons on board:
(1)Any aircraft flown with permission given under the proviso of Article 11 paragraph 1 of the Law (including when this proviso is applied accordingly to the same Article paragraph 3, Article 16 paragraph 3 of the law and Article 19 paragraph 2 of the law and as may be designated by the Minister of Transport;
(2)Any aircraft engaging in acrobatic flights as specified in the provisions of Article 197-(3).

 

Article 151. The emergency equipment on board an aircraft shall be inspected at the interval prescribed below. However, in the case of equipment on board an aircraft used for air transportation service, the period shall be as specified in the maintenance manual of the scheduled air carriers:
(1)Parachute 60 days;
(2)Emergency signal light, portable light and waterproof portable light 60 days
(3)Life jackets, emergency equipment equivalent thereto and life boat 180 days;
(4)First aid kit 60 days;
(5)Emergency rations 180 days.
(6)Airborne survival radios 12 months.

 

(Examination of Prescribed Emergency Equipment)
Article 152. Emergency signal light, life jackets, emergency equipment equivalent thereto, life boat, airborne survival radios and parachutes (hereinafter referred to as "prescribed emergency equipment")to be installed on board an aircraft in accordance with the provisions of Article 150, shall have passed the
inspection by the Minister of Transport with regard to their performance and
